ACCIDENT: COMMERCIAL BUS FAIL BRAKE, CRASH INTO A RESTAURANT



A commercial bus popularly called "danfo' by Lagosians on Thursday evening crashed into a restaurant at Asese, Ogun state.

The bus was driving behind a Sienna and in an attempt to ascend a hill, loosed control.


The vehicle was unable to come to a halt as a result of the dysfunction state of the brake until it crashed into a restaurant.

However, no lives were lost as eye witness and passersby kept thanking God that no one was injured and the affected shop wasn't open at the time of the incident.

Some individuals however, blame the driver for the incident, insisting that he must have been aware of the state of the bus and as such shouldn't have made attempt to ply that route.

Other individuals who were identified to be friends with the driver were seen exchanging words of accusation and regrets.


After much argument, guys in the neighborhood were beckoned upon to assist in pushing the bus out of the restaurant.
